A 62-year old patient was admitted for new-onset shortness of breath secondary to pneumonia. Dermatology was consulted to evaluate a pruritic skin eruption affecting multiple body sites. She denied prior skin problems, and antihistamines failed to improve the itch. The patient also denied muscle weakness, myalgia and arthralgia.
